Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund. Please note that customized or personalized products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing support@v-ault-camera.fun within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. Please do not send back items without first obtaining this authorization.

Return Shipping and Packaging
As we ship to customers worldwide, we ask that you securely package the items for return shipment to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging whenever possible or suitable alternative packaging to ensure protection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or another item of equal or lesser value, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately on our website. We currently do not cover shipping costs for exchanges, and return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us immediately by emailing support@v-ault-camera.fun within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging. We will work promptly to arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
